In grade school he passed the Standford 9 with the highest scores in his class and a great report card. His teacher expressed concern over his lack of attention span and suggested he might have ADD. His mother's response was that he was a visual kid and he was probably bored in her class. Dylan would spend hours quietly building worlds with thousands of legos or drawing. School was his social outlet and fun.
A landlord asked his mother after the '94 Earthquake why he should bother to have their living room wall repainted with all the crayons and paint all over it. His mother smiled and said, "Well, it's his art board."
Dylan graduated from LACHSA, was given a summer scholarship to Cal Arts program, was hired at 13 by Activision to test games and is preparing his portfolio for Art Center in Pasadena. His 6 1/2 by 6 1/2 foot mural of the Indian Jones series and homage to Drew Struzan gave him the confidence to believe he can make a difference in this world and help others along the way.

The only logical thing to do at this point was to turn back into a brain-sucking alien.

"The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it."
